The location is absolutely perfect, not far from the center of Guadalajara, central historical landmarks on foot, and the square, in the area of interesting architecture. It is steps away from Urbana Gourmet, where you can have dinner.

The hotel is conveniently located on a dead end street, just a short walk away from downtown and central historical landmarks. The staff is knowledgeable about the local areas and can provide helpful recommendations. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with a comfortable bed for a good night's sleep. The breakfast buffet is excellent, offering a wide variety of delicious options. Additionally, the hotel offers great facilities and advantages such as a coffee maker in the rooms and a beautiful view.

There were occasional issues with the room keys not working, which required multiple trips to the front desk for reprogramming.

I had a wonderful time here! The staff at the restaurant were super friendly and always ready to assist me. The food was great, except for the tortillas which were cold. The hotel's location in the historical part of the city made it really convenient to explore on foot. I also found the front counter staff to be nice, polite, and professional. The breakfast was delicious and I enjoyed the food cart outside that served hot dogs and burgers at night. However, it would be better if they had more staff to handle the high customer volume, as I had to wait in line for over 30 minutes to place my order.

Everything is what I need and want.
